*NEW FOR 2024* For the first time ever, our Christmas Market will run over two weekends. Join us on the 30th of November and the 1st, 7th and 8th of December, 10am-4pm.
We also have a nominated charity this year, Freddie’s Wish, who help parents after the loss of a child. There will be opportunities to donate to the charity upon entrance as well as a fundraising stall at the event. For those who wish to donate online, the GoFundMe link is: https://gofund.me/e21ab79f
This event will be showcasing over 100 stalls selling a variety of wares: from jewellery, decorative glassware and unique arts to clothing, ceramics, wood work, accessories, cards and artisan foods to a name but a few!
Browse a variety of goods and find that all important Christmas gift inspiration – whether it be for a loved one or a special treat for yourself! Housed under cover in our Edwardian stable block, you can shop ’til you drop whatever the weather! The fair has been a new yearly fixture since 2021, and is sure to be a great day out.
Festive Food Market & Refreshments available on site from Saul’s of Spratton. Why not relax with a drink and a bite to eat whilst considering your next purchase?
Tickets are available to purchase on the day at the entrance or in advance. Please note, advance tickets close 24 hours prior to the event.

Northampton Rock Choir will be performing festive songs both weekends.
Guiding Sparks Circus – 30th November & 1st December – Fairy stilt walker and elf bubbleology.
Wren Arts and Entertainment – 7th & 8th December – Angel stilt walker, elf balloon modelling and elf bubbleology.
Brushed Beauties Face Paints – 7th & 8th December – Festive face painting.
Freddie’s Wish charity stall – both weekends – Featuring a tombola and Christmas book lucky dip plus FREE donuts (donuts on the 7th Dec only).
Festive Photobooth – both weekends – pose with your family and friends for a free photo in our festive photobooth – printed or digital photos available
Facepainting by Agin – 30th November & 1st December – Face painting, festival glitter, colourful bubble hair braids and hair accessories
Tickets to see Father Christmas in his Tudor grotto must be purchased online in advance of the event (please see the separate event listing for more details).
Free onsite car parking. Friendly dogs are welcome on short leads.
Please note not all stallholders are able to accept card payments. We highly recommend you bring cash with you so you don’t miss out! The nearest cash machine is in Brixworth village.
Disabled parking is available and disabled toilets are available next to the entrance to the Fair. Please note that although the event is held mostly on one level, there are steps in places and some gravelled and cobbled areas in the stables. There are also gravelled paths (deep gravel in some areas) in the gardens.
